B.Tech in Elec­tron­ics and Computer Engineering

      Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, LBS ITW is starting a new B.Tech in Electronics and Computer Engineering with an intake of 60. In the current scenario, there is a global demand for competent and qualified electronics and computer engineers. Electronics and Computer engineering branch integrates these two engineering fields to meet the joint demands of electronics and computer industries in today’s world. The graduate from this engineering branch will get a good base of Electronics Hardware systems as well as good knowledge in software associated domains. The highlights of the program includes intensive courses on programming and algorithms, fundamental courses to establish electronics fundamentals and crossover courses covering both software and hardware aspects.

      As they gain knowledge in both computing and electronics domains, they can efficiently combine the hardware and software. Graduates in Electronics and computer engineering will get opportunities in both Electronics and Computer domain and can position as Network Engineers, Project Managers, Research Associates, Manufacturing Superintendents, Senior Sales Engineers, Automation Analysts,Electronic Design Engineers etc.

A graduate of the Electronics and Computer Engineering Program will demonstrate:

PSO1: Applying concepts of Electronics & Computer Engineering to design, develop and implement systems in the areas viz. Analog and Digital Electronics, Signal processing, Nano electronics, Embedded systems, Computer hardware, Networking and Machine learning.

PSO2: Acquired technical knowledge for successful career and achieve proficiency in competitive examinations at the National and International levels.

PSO3: Technical competence to cater the societal needs in Electronics, Computer hardware, Networking and Intelligent System Development.
